Salon Booking Terms & Conditions

• Booking Link: Appointments for all services except colouring and special treatments can be booked via our online booking link.

• New Colour Clients: A consultation appointment is required before any new colour service. This can be booked online or by calling the salon directly.
• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full deposit refund. Cancellations must be made by calling the salon during our operating hours.
• Social Media Cancellations: Cancellations cannot be processed via social media, as messages are only reviewed during salon hours.
